We will also safeguard and honor your privacy by not selling your name, home address or email addresses to any other third parties. Any information that we collect from you will be retained only for our own internal purposes in meeting and fulfilling your photographic orders. 2. Crooked Bear Photography reserves the right to use photographs for promotional and advertising purposes. Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs. However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned once delivered we offer NO REFUNDS, except for errors made by Crooked Bear Photography in order processing.
Refunds will only be honored if presented to us within 10 days of delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed any returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Errors in Submitting Orders We will always help you resolve any errors made by you in submitting an order to us online. But you must call us immediately to notify us of the error and request cancellation or modification of your order. In this way you never have to be concerned about trying to place an order online.
